Salam de biscuiti cu prosecco (Biscotti Prosecco)

Salamul de biscuiti e unul dintre dulciurile copilariei mele si desi pe atunci nu il apreciam atat de mult acum mi se pare absolut delicios, cu atat mai mult in varianta cu prosecco. Am descoperit reteta pe site-ul Chez Mazilique si mi s-a parut interesant combinatia, mai ales ca nu as refuza niciodata un pahar de prosecco. Am mai schimbat pe ici pe colo ingrediente si iata ce a iesit:

Ingrediente:

biscuiti (eu am folosit pettite beurre)

ciocolata

prosecco

merisoare, stafide

zahar pudra

Prima data m-am ocupat de ciocolata, am pus-o intr-o craticioara la foc mediu sa se topeasca, intre timp m-am ocupat de minunatii biscuiti. Am pus 2/3 din cantitatea de biscuiti in robotul de bucatarie pentru a fi maruntiti, iar restul i-am rupt in bucati mai mari pentru a da textura salamului, in final nu prea e desert pentru copii :)

Stafidele le-am pus in putina apa fierbinte pret de 10 min ca sa fie frumoase si umflate in loc de plate si scofalcite. Apoi am amestecat ciocolata cu biscuitii, stafidele si merisoarele. Eu nu am mai pus zahar, dar in functie de tipul de biscuiti folositi puteti sa adaugati si o lingura de zahar. Am amestecat toate ingredientele si apoi am pus prosecco sa lege frumoase toata compozitia. Salamul l-am modelat frumos in folie transparenta si apoi l-am dat la frigider sa se racoreasca inainte de a fi devorat alaturi de un alt pahar de prosecco. Absolut delicios, poate incerc si cu alt tip de alcool data viitoare :)

Biscotti prosecco are one of my childhood’s desserts and although back then I did not appreciate it so much, now I think it’s absolutely delicious, even more with prosecco instead of water or melted butter, as my mother used to do it. I stumbled on this recipe on the blog of ChezMazilique and found the combination to be very interesting, especially because I would never refuse a glas of Prosecco. I have adapted a bit the recipe et volia:

Ingredients:

pettite beurre biscuits (you can use also other type of simple biscuits)

chocolate (at least 60% cocoa)

prosecco

cranberries, raisins

confectioner’s sugar to sprinkle on top

First of all I started to work on the chocolate, I broke it into smaller parts and put it in a pan on medium heat to melt. Meanwhile I put two thirds biscuits in the blender to get really fine, the rest of them I broke into larger pieces to give the salami some texture, in the end this is not a dessert for children J

I poured some hot water over the raisins to get them nice and fluffy instead of flat, then I mixed together the biscuits, the melted chocolate, the raisins and the cranberries. I did not add any extra sugar, but depending on the biscuits you are using, you might consider adding 1 tablespoon of sugar. After mixing all ingredients I modeled all these ingredients into a salami shape using clean film. A put the salami in the fridge to cool before eating it together accompanied by a glas of prosecco. It was really, really good, next time I will consider adding another type of alcohol.
